ReENTRY Premiere Diamond Ring Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Connecticut who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Guilford Water Street Jewelers, 61 Whitfield St Guilford, CT 06437.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on August 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") and ends on September 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM EDT (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter:

* Method 1: Attend the Event. Upon purchasing a ticket (by October 1, 2025) to attend the ReENTRY premiere, eligible attendees will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

* Method 2: In-Person Entry (No Purchase Necessary). During the Sweepstakes Period, visit Guilford Water Street Jewelers, located at 61 Whitfield St Guilford, CT 06437, during their regular business hours and request an official entry form. Legibly hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on the form and submit it to a store associate. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry.

5. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) diamond ring. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $5000. The winner will be responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. The sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be held on or about October 1, 2025. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified at the premiere event or via the phone number/email provided at the time of entry.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
